You know despite the fact that I’ve been single on Valentine’s Day more times than not, I absolutely love the day. OK, so it’s not an “official” holiday and sure it’s too commercialized. Still, it’s a celebration of love - love of self, love of family, love of friends.

I’m planning to do some sort of Galentine’s Day celebration with friends this year. It should be lots of fun. However, I must admit some of my favorite Valentine’s Days were spent with a box of Little Debbie Valentine Cakes watching Hallmark movies (it’s my own little tradition).
